How much do you make trading options reddit

FCE is currently trading at 4700, making each option worth ~£800. In the email plus 500 say they won't pay the difference between the strike and current price, is this allowed? Also, I was told they aren't receiving quotes for these options due to a lack of demand. They are restricting demand by removing them from their platform.
